The kitchen already has a basic set of cutlery, utensils, enough cups, bowls, plates and mugs for four people. There is already one of those electric 'airpot' water heaters on the kitchen counter, for making tea or instant noodles (gently used, as Luffy left it behind when he handed over the apartment to Sabo). There isn't much furniture in the common area, just a table with chairs, and a basic couch, more functional than fancy. ]
